Scrunched Flower Tutorial

Spellbinders Cutting Die - Scalloped Circle
Text paper
Tissue Paper
Liquid Mist (Perfect Pearl Mist or Glimmer Mist)
Mix your own liquid mist (Mini Mister, Distress Reinker & Perfect Pearl Powders)
Liquid Glue (such as Mod Podge)
